There are CS jobs available in almost all PSUs, though there mightn't be a whole lot of them. You could look at:
DRDO - Defence R&D Organisation
ECIL - Electronics Corporation of India Limited
CBI - Central Bureau of Investigation
IB - Intelligence Bureau
NIA - National Investigation Agency
