What are the different career options for me? I don't want to continue with engineering.
I have done my Diploma in civil engineering from K. J. Somaiya Polytechnic.

I can understand your angst. But hold on. There is still enough time to change track. If you have taken admission in polytechnic after 12th, then you can simply join any stream of your liking based on 12th marks. If based on 10th, then you have to appear for 12th.
