After the application is emailed along with the required documents, the Administration Manager of Metro Institute will verify the form for completeness. Once the reviewing is done and application is found suitable, the institute will issue a Letter of Offer, which remains valid for 30 days. Also, an invoice for initial payment of the fees is issued along with a Student Acceptance Agreement for the applicant to review. This agreement, once accepted by the student, remains a binding contract between the student and Metro Institute. It is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of NSW.
