International Institute of Hotel Management-IIHM Hyderabad provides three undergraduate programmes i.e., BA, BSc, and BBA. Additionally, candidates can also pursue short-term courses, such as Advanced Certificate in Culinary Skills and Patisserie, Advanced Certificate in Hospitality Operations (both 6 months + 6 months internship) and Advanced Certificate in Bar & Beverage Management (6 months).

IIHM Hyderabad offers various programmes at different levels such as bachelors, certificates, diplomas, etc. Students can choose any programme as per their interests and qualification. Programmes at the campus are offered in collaboration with many national and international universities. Some famous universities are IGNOU, MAKAUT, CMKKY, State Board of Technical Education and Training (Telangana), Lucerne, Switzerland, IU International Universities and Applied Science, Germany, Niagara College, Canada, YCMOU, Nashik, and the University of London. The institute offers programmes across the Hospitality and Business Management stream.
