If you are taking admission a college or institute it must be AICTE approved, if you are taking admission in University campus it must be UGC approved. Colleges does not required AICTE and university doesn't required AICTE approval. There is no need to confirm the same from anywhere else.
Some of the well established universities of India are - Thapar University, PEC, Pune University, Lovely Professional University.

You will get a degree but it wont boost your career significantly.
Getting a job at a reputed organisation will be difficult.
For Higher Studies, your application might get overshadowed by other candidates who are from AICTE approved colleges.
Hence, I suggest to pursue B.Tech. only from AICTE approved colleges. Its 4 years of your life (if not more), so invest it at the right place.
