Some common disadvantages are:
- Students must complete BS course before MD, which adds 1.5 to 2 years.
- Students must pass NMAT exam to enter MD.
- Climate is hot and humid like India, but may feel different for some.
Some colleges may not be up to the mark, so choosing a good university is important.
