It's good to have a graduation degree rather than PGDM. The management graduation that I would suggest you is, BBM or BBA.

For MBA admission, you must be a graduate in any discipline. But, some universities admit Diploma holders with adequate experience for their executive MBA programs.

The best is PGDM (for 1 year and 2 year) in IGNOU. Its for a degree holder.
