Document specifications for BET application can be checked below

Photograph	Must be recent with 80% face visible, Must be in JPG or JPEG format, and file size between 10 to 200 kb
Signature size	Must be scanned properly with a file size of 4 to 30 kb
Category certificate	Must in PDF format with file size between 50 to 300 kb
