    • Passport size and postcard size (both)
    • The photograph must not be older than 3 months
    • Name of the candidate and date must be printed below the photograph

    4"x6", 10 kb to 200 kb (postcard size)

    Signature of the candidate in black ink on a white background

    Scan of fingers and thumb impression

    • Left and right-hand fingers and thumb impression
    • Should be on white paper with blue ink

    Citizenship Certificate or Embassy Certificate Or PWBD Certificate

    The citizenship certificate or the embassy certificate is required to prove the nationality of the candidates

    PWBD certificate is required for candidates belonging to this category

    Unlike last year, the NEET application form 2024 documents required did not include the Class 10 Pass Certificate and Address Proof of candidates.
