York St John University's accepts international applicants through UCAS applications. Students are required to submit certain documents while applying to YSJ and they are:
- Statement of Purpose/Personal Statement;
- Official qualifications: certificate and transcripts where appropriate (translated into English where necessary);
- Proof of English Language level (IELTS: 6.0 | TOEFL: 75 | PTE: 46);
- CV/Resume;
- Academic references - signed, dated, stamped and on official letterhead; and
- Copy of passport photo page and any previous UK visas.
