    Hi.Documents Required for Acharya Institute of Health Sciences (AIHS), Bangalore  Admission:

    10th and12th Marks Card

    Transfer Certificate

    Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ST)

    Fitness Certificate / Medical Certificate

    Age Proof Certificate (in case DOB is not mentioned in the testimonials)

    Other related documents, if any (Sports. Co Curricular etc.)

    Photographs – 10 stamp size / 10 passport size

    2 sets of copies of all the testimonials
