    Candidates are required to upload and verify several documents for admission to DPharm course at ASM Institute of Management and Computer Studies. Additionally, at any stage during the studies if it is found that information and documents submitted by the students are forged, false or misleading, such an act will result in cancellation of admission and their expulsion from the college. However, the name of the documents are as follows: 

    • Mark sheet & Certificate of Class 10 and Class 12.
    • Migration and Provisional certificate
    • The School Leaving Certificate
    • Domicile Certificate of candidate
    • Caste certificate (if applicable)
