The following documents are required to complete the application process of BSc courses at NTRUHS. The certificates are to be scanned and kept ready to upload. Application fee has to be paid online. The names of the documents are as follows:

Document Name	Maximum File Size
Birth Certificate	500 KB
Class 12 Marksheet	500 KB
Study Certificates (Class 6 to Class 10 grade) (If single certificate, upload the same for all years as PDF file.)	500 KB
Transfer Certificate	500 KB
Caste Certificate (if applicable)	500 KB
Minority Certificate (Muslim only, if applicable), etc.	500 KB
