    The documents required for admission to DJ Academy Of Design include the filled application form, Passport size photographs, the photocopy of the 10th & 12th standard mark sheets, the photocopy of the Undergraduate degree & mark sheet, the photocopy of the valid and qualified CEED/UCEED scorecard, the photocopy of the Aadhaar card, the photocopy of the PAN card and two passport size photographs. There is also an application fee of INR 1,500 to be paid through an application fee demand draft.
