<p>Following are the list of documents to be submitted for Lovely Professional University (LPU)</p><p>Duly filled and signed completed application form</p><p>Passport size photograph as mentioned earlier.</p><p>Mark Sheets and certificates.</p><p>10th and 12th class mark sheets.</p><p>If applicable UG/PG mark sheet.</p><p>Degree certificate or provisional certificate original attested.</p><p>Transfer certificate issued from last attended institution.</p><p>LPUNEST entrance exam score card of other such entrance exam</p><p>Migration certificate if required.</p><p>Caste certificate if applicable</p><p>Payment receipt in case payment made through net banking.</p><p>Address Proof: like Aadhar card or utility bill.</p><p>Anti-Ragging Affidavit: Self-attested with the signature of student as well as parents.</p><p>Submission of these documents will ensure a seat in the concerned programme at LPU during the time of admission.</p>
