    Various documents are required to complete the formalities of admission in MSI:

    1. 10th marksheet
    2.  12th marksheet
    3.  Entrance exam scorecard (CAT,GMAT,JEE, etc)
    4.  Domicile certificate 
    5. Character certificate 
    6. Transfer certificate 
    7. Passport size photograph 
    8. Adhaar card 
    9. Medical certificate 
    10. Gap certificate (if necessary)
    11. Anti ragging affidavit ( as per UGC norms).
