Different documents required are application form, 10 and 12 marksheet, passing certificate, entrance exam scorecard, transfer certificate, migration certificate, domicile certificate, caste certificate, non creamy layer certificate, income certificate, adhaar card, passport size photograph and medical fitness certificate.

The key documents required for admission to the MET Institute of Pharmacy are:
- 10th standard mark sheet
- 12th standard mark sheet
- College Leaving Certificate
- Conduct Certificate
- Caste Certificate (if belonging to a reserved category)
Additionally, for the Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) program:
- MAH-PH-CET score or NEET score.
- Proof of being an Indian national.
- For Maharashtra state candidates, at least 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and either Mathematics or Biology in the 12th standard.
