The documents required for entry into this course are:<br>Admission Documents<br>Application Form: Printed copy of online application form generated after filling Common Application Form (CAF).<br>Mark Sheets:<br>Bachelor's Degree Mark Sheet: Original and photocopy of Bachelor's degree mark sheet.<br>10+2 Mark Sheet: Original and photocopy of your higher secondary mark sheet (10+2)<br>Transfer Certificate: TC from the last institution, that is where you pursued the last academic session of degree.<br>Migration Certificate :If you are migrating from university other than Utkal University, migration certificate. The candidate, who obtained degree from a university other than this one, has to submit its migration certificate to the current institute.<br>Character Certificate :The character certificate issued from previous institution<br>Caste Certificate : In case candidates come under any reserved class they have to submit its valid caste certificate.<br>Identity Proof: Any Government issued identity proof like Aadhar card, voter ID or passport<br>Passport Size Photographs: Generally you will require a few passport size photographs.<br>Other Relevant Certificates: Any other certificates which might support your application.
