<p>The documents required are</p><p>1.Duly filled admission form (Name should be same as that of 10th certificate)</p><p>2.ID Card (Student signature on admission has to match with ID card submitted)</p><p>3.Self attested photocopy of degree certificate (for MBA/MCA programmes)</p><p>4.Self attested photocopy of 10th standard mark sheet and certificate ( for all programmes)</p><p>5.Self attested 12th mark sheet and certificate (for all programmes)</p><p>6.Passport size photo 3</p><p>7.Photocopy of govt. photo ID proof (eg:PAN Card, Voters ID, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport)</p><p>8.In case of name change, need name change document</p><p>9.Fees as per universitypolicy.Cheque/DD/Online payment reciept</p><p>10.In case of installments Post Dated Cheques are mandatory (to be submitted at the time of admission)</p><p>11.Letter of undertaking, if required (as per requirement and norms of university)</p><p>&nbsp;For further details visit the website&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
