For admission in Usha Martin University the following documents are submitted by the candidates: 10+2 mark sheet and certificate, graduation mark sheet and degree certificate for PG courses. Identity proof - Identity proof- Aadhaar card / passport. Residence proof. 5-6 passport size photographs A medical certificate Anti-ragging affidavit. The university also asks for submission of a migration certificate and a character certificate from the previous institution that a candidate attended. Altogether, around 10-12 documents are required, and they can be submitted both online and offline.
