<p>Check below the list of documents required for "UDAAN Scholarship at NIFT Kannur:</p><ul><li>One self-attested passport size photograph with signature&nbsp;</li><li>Income declaration-affidavit (Format- B) on non-judicial stamp paper of 10 (Rupees Ten) by each parent.</li><li>Proof of permanent residence.</li><li>Photocopies of Passport and PAN card of parents / guardian and applicant. However, in case the student /parent/ guardian does not possess PAN Card and/or Passport, then an Affidavit may be taken from the student to that effect.</li><li>School leaving certificate for class X and XII (Proof of school fee, wherever possible).</li><li>The copy of receipt of tuition fee paid for the current semester i.e. July &ndash; December. vii. Schedule (Format -C details of agricultural land and property, etc.) duly signed by parent with relevant revenue record.</li><li>Bank statements for the last 12 months for all the accounts mentioned in Schedule (Format- C).</li></ul><p><strong>Copy of Important Document Required (If Applicable)</strong></p><ul><li>3 year's Income Tax returns copy/Form 16 for salaried / 16 A for business owners.</li><li>Vehicle registration copy</li><li>Tehsildar certificate of agriculture land alongwith certified revenue records such as khasra, khatouni, etc.</li><li>Documents related to any other scholarship / sponsorship receipt.
