For admission to Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI) MDes course, candiates must apply for the FDDI AIST entrance exam. While filling out the online application form, candidates have to scan the required documents and upload it with the application form. Find below the list of documents :
- Personal and Educational qualification details.
- Caste / Tribe/ Class certificate (for SC / ST/ OBC (NC) candidate)
- Disability Certificate for Persons with Disabilities
- EWS Certificate if eligible
- Image of scanned photograph
- Image of scanned signature
- Debit / Credit Card details for making online payment against the Application Fee
