    Candidates will be required to bring the below mentioned documents for the document verification process during the reporting at RC. - Photo ID proof. - Provisional seat allotment letter. - Self-Attested Copy of GATE Score Card (2023 or 2024 or 2025). - Original Birth Certificate issued by competent authority/Class X (High School) Board Certificate as proof of date of birth. - Class 12 marks sheet. - Mark sheets of qualifying examination (all semesters). - Degree/Provisional Certificate. - Category Certificate (if applicable). - Three Passport size coloured photograph. - Seat acceptance fee proof. - Printout of the Registration form &

    Qualified candidates have to carry the following documents for GATE counselling -

    • Provisional seat allotment letter
    • Self-attested copy of GATE scorecard (2022/2023/2024)
    • Photo identity proof
    • Original Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority
    • Class 12th marksheet
    • Marksheet of the qualifying examination
    • Degree/Provisional Certificate
    • Category certificate (if applicable)
    • Three passport size photograph (the same used in the GATE application form)
    • Seat acceptance fee proof
    • Printout of the GATE application form and locked choices
    • Migration certificate
    • Transfer certificate
    • Original conduct certificate from the Head of the Institution last attende
