What are the documents required for SNAP application form filling?

<p>At the time of SNAP registration filling candidates need certain important documents to fill the required fields in the application form. They are also required to upload a couple of documents with the application form. The two documents that are to be uploaded are &ndash; scanned signature and passport size photo.</p><ul><li>The passport size photo should be less than three months old and preferably with white background</li><li>The scanned signature should be against a white background and clearly visible</li><li>Acceptable formats of the scanned photo and signature are jpg, .jpeg, .png or .gif</li></ul><p>Candidates must keep the following documents by their side at the time of form filling to ensure that the entries are done with valid and correct information:</p><ul><li>Date of birth proof</li><li>Proof of address</li><li>Class 10 marksheet</li><li>Class 12 marksheet</li><li>Graduation marksheet</li><li>&lt;!- [if !supportLists]-&gt;&middot;PwD certificate (if applicable)</li><li>Debit/credit card or net banking details</li></ul>
