A self-attested copy of candidate’s photograph, signature, passing certificates of the qualifying exam, mark sheet of the qualifying exam, proof of age certificate, category certificate (if any) will be required to fill the PGIMER BSc Nursing application form successfully. As per the guideline issued, incomplete applications will not be considered, and no correspondence will be entertained in this matter.
