The documents needed for visa are a passport that is currently valid and has at least six months remaining on it after your intended stay. A printed copy of the application form, DS-160. The Form I-20 that you will receive from the school where you are taking the course. Acceptance of Payment for SEVIS Fee. Letter of appointment (original and copy). Extra paperwork could be needed, like a current passport-sized photo, the DS-160 confirmation page, and SEVIS2 application fees.
