According to the University of Helsinki's website, Indian students applying for international master's programs are required to submit a copy of their passport or residence permit card, as well as their educational documents from Finnish universities and universities of applied sciences. The educational documents should be uploaded as a clear copy or scan of the transcript of records to the application system.
