To fill the EMAT 2026 application form, candidates must keep the following documents/information ready:
- Scanned color photograph of the candidate
- Scanned self-attested copies of the following academic records (Class 10 onwards):
i) Class 10 /SSLC Certificate
ii) Pre-Degree/Plus-Two/HSC/VHSC mark sheet
