    The authorities has released the TS POLYCET application form at the offiical website. The documents/information that must be kept handy while filling the TS POLYCET 2025 application form are:

    • Valid email id, Valid mobile number
    • Payment details like net banking details, credit card / debit card details, UPI details.
    • Communication / address details
    • Scanned photo and signature Caste certificates, if applicable
  • Documents that are typically required to apply TS POLYCET are:

    • Aadhar Card as your identity proof.
    • Qualifying Exam Documents:
      • SSC or equivalent mark sheet
      • Bonafide / Study Certificate from Class VI to Intermediate (10+2)
    • Residence proof (if applicable
    • Category certificates (if applicable)
    • Other (optional): Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last studied institution, Passport size photographs
