While filling the form you only need to upload your recent scanned photograph and scanned signature. Other documents like your 12th passing certificate, ID proof, etc. may get asked during the admission process.

Hello, You just need class 12th marks if passed and if not then mark appearing in 2018. One recent photo on which name and date of photography is written and your signature.
