Eligibility requirements for MBBS and PG courses at AIIMS Mangalagiri are as follows:
In MBBS program, a candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core subjects. The total number of seats in MBBS programme is 50.
- For PG course (M.D. and M.S.) candidate must have passed M.B.B.S. or equivalent from a recognised university. The number of seats for PG courses is 1-2. Candidates will also have to appear and qualify the INI-CET exam and clear the INI-CET cut-off from AIIMS Mangalagiri to further participate in the admission process.

1. MBBS: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent level of examination in Physics, Chemistry, English, and Biology with 60% marks in aggregate from a recognised board.
2. B.Sc (Hons) Nursing: Candidates must have 10+2 or higher secondary education in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with at least an aggregate of 60% marks from a recognised board.
3. MD/MS: Candidates must have an MBBS degree with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks from any university recognised by MCI.
