BCA + MCA graduate may do M.Tech in Computer Science & IT but on the condition of AICTE + individual University stipulations. Full details are as follows:
General Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech in CSE/IT (for MCA Graduates)
Criteria Details Educational Qualification MCA degree from a recognised university (usually 2-year or 3-year program) Background Must have studied Mathematics at 10+2 or graduation level Minimum Marks Typically 50%–60% aggregate in MCA (varies by institute) Entrance Exams GATE (CS), or institute-level entrance tests (if GATE not mandatory) Recognized Degree MCA must be AICTE/UGC approved Entrance Exams Accepted
