To be eligible for admission to the MBBS programme at CMC Vellore, candidates must:
* Be at least 17 years old at the time of admission or before December 31 of the admission year
* Have completed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology as core subjects
* Have a minimum of 50% marks in Class XII (relaxation for reserved category)
* Have a valid NEET score
* Be medically fit
* Have passed in all subjects of the qualifying examination of the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (Academic) conducted by the Tamil Nadu State Board or any other equivalent examination
