What are the eligibility criteria for admission to DDUGU for B.A. LL.B.?

<p>To be eligible for admission to the B.A. LL.B. course at DDUGU, a candidate must have passed one of the following examinations or recognized equivalent examinations: </p> <ol> <li>10+2 examination conducted by the U.P. Board or CBSE or the I.S.C. Board.</li> <li>Any other equivalent examination recognized by D.D.U. Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur.</li> </ol> <p>The candidate must have secured: - Not less than 45% of the total marks in the case of General and OBC candidates. - Not less than 40% of the total marks in the case of S.C. and S.T. candidates.</p> <p>The candidate shall appear in the Admission Test and shall be required to score not less than the qualifying marks, as prescribed by the LFTAC, from time to time, in order to be eligible to be considered for admission.</p> <p>Provided that a candidate who is a foreign national, or a Non-Resident Indian (i.e. a citizen of India domiciled abroad) who has passed his qualifying examination from the country of his domicile shall not be required to appear in the Admission Test and shall be considered for admission in accordance with the other provisions of these Ordinances and the Regulations made there under.</p>
