    The eligibility criteria for admission to HBTU Kanpur for B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering are:
    - Candidates with UP Domicile who have passed 3-year Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 55% (50% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD) marks, or
    - Candidates with UP Domicile who have passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognised University by UGC, with at least 55% (50% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD) marks and have passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject.
