    The eligibility criteria for admission to IIIT Delhi for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering is 70% marks in aggregate for five subjects (including Physics, Chemistry, and Maths) and 70% in Maths in class XII from CBSE Board or equivalent, with admission through Joint Admission Counselling, Delhi (JAC) based on JEE Mains (2025) NTA Score.
