Eligibility criteria for admission to IIIT Delhi for M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering:
- Both GATE and Non-GATE candidates with B.Tech./BE in CS/IT (or its allied areas) or MCA or M.Sc. in CS/IT with 65% marks are eligible.
- GATE score of those candidates whose GATE marks are above the qualifying marks announced by GATE in the respective year will be considered valid.
- Relaxation is provided to SC, ST, OBC-NCL, PD, and CW category candidates.
- Candidates with valid GATE score will only be eligible for M.Tech. Assistantship.
