The eligibility criteria for admission to NIT Delhi for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering are:
1. The candidate should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
2. The candidate should have a valid JEE Main score.
3. The candidate should have secured a minimum of 75% marks in the 10+2 examination, or be in the top 20 percentile in the 10+2 examination conducted by the respective board.
4. For SC/ST candidates, the minimum mark is 65%.
5. The candidate should be less than 30 years of age.
