<p>The eligibility criteria for admission to Sri Siddhartha Medical College - Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education for MBBS are: 1. The candidate should have passed in the second year Pre-University or 12th standard or HSC or Equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry &amp; Biology in respect of Medical and Dental courses as optional subjects and English as one of the language. 2. The candidate has obtained not less than 50% of the aggregate marks or equivalent grade in the optional subjects is eligible for admission. 40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category for Medical course. 3. He / She shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year for Admission to MBBS Course. 4. He/She should qualify NEET UG Examination. 5. Candidate must be an Indian National. 6. He/she has completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to the 1st year MBBS Course. 7. Candidate must have passed any of the qualifying examinations as specified by the NMC. 8. Candidate belonging to backward classes (SC, ST, &amp; OBC) must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum 40% mark in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology taken together at qualifying examination.</p>
