To be eligible for the Protsahan Puraskar scholarship offered by NIELIT Lucknow, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be a student from the ST/SC community, differently-abled, or female.
- Be enrolled in O/A/B/C level courses at a NIELIT accredited institute.
- Clear the respective papers on the first attempt.
- Complete the course within the prescribed number of attempts.
- The candidate's parents' annual income should not exceed INR 1 Lacs (1 LPA).
