    The eligibility criteria for BA LLB (Hons) at HNLU Raipur are as follows:

    • You should have passed the Senior Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent examination from a recognised Board with at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of general category and 40% in case of SC/ST category
    • You should appear for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) and obtain a valid score in it
    • You should apply for admission to HNLU Raipur through the CLAT online counselling process
    • You should meet the reservation and horizontal quota criteria as per the HNLU Raipur website

    The intake capacity for the B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) programme shall ordinarily be 180. The annual fee structure is INR 2,10,000, apart from this there is mess fees which needs to be paid separately and keeps changing based on the mess contract . 

    As for the eligibilty the candidate must have secured 50% aggregate marks in their 12th and for SC/ST the criteria is 45%. There is no upper age limit, even a candidate who are still in their 12th can apply for this university provided they get their result before the CLAT exams. The admission is purely based on merit and defined by the rules in the Common Law Admission Test. Ther

    The eligibility criteria for the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) programme at Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU) in Raipur is as follows:

    •  Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with at least 45% aggregate marks from any recognised board/council .
    •  Candidates who may be appearing for the qualifying examination in March/April are also eligible to apply.
    •  Admission to the programme is based on merit, determined by the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) conducted for undergraduate courses at an all-India level.
