<div tabindex="0"><div><div><p>The eligibility criteria for BA LLB (Hons) at HNLU Raipur are as follows:</p><ul><li>You should have passed the Senior Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent examination from a recognised Board with at least <strong>45% marks</strong> in aggregate in case of general category and <strong>40%</strong> in case of SC/ST category</li><li>You should appear for the <strong>Common Law Admission Test (CLAT)</strong> and obtain a valid score in it</li><li>You should apply for admission to HNLU Raipur through the CLAT online counselling process</li><li>You should meet the reservation and horizontal quota criteria as per the HNLU Raipur website</li></ul></div></div></div><p>The admission is purely based on merit and defined by the rules in the Common Law Admission Test. There is no management quota here it is just that some seats are reserved for differently abled people, female candidates, and the Candidates Of Reserved Castes. Apart from this, the university reserves the rights to revise the eligibilty criteria, total intake, fees etc. and other such things from time to time .</p>

<p>The intake capacity for the B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) programme shall ordinarily be 180. The annual fee structure is&nbsp;<strong>INR 2,10,000,&nbsp;</strong>apart from this there is mess fees which needs to be paid separately and keeps changing based on the mess contract .&nbsp;</p><p>As for the eligibilty the candidate must have secured 50% aggregate marks in their 12th and for SC/ST the criteria is 45%. There is no upper age limit, even a candidate who are still in their 12th can apply for this university provided they get their result before the CLAT exams. The admission is purely based on merit and defined by the rules in the&nbsp;<strong>Common Law Admission Test. T</strong>here is no management quota here it is just that some seats are reserved for differently ables people, female candidates, and the candidates of reserved castes. Apart from this, the university has the right to revise the eligibilty criteria, total intake, fees etc. and other such things from time to time .</p>
