To be eligible to pursue BTech at Aligarh Muslim University, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria specified by the university:
- Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination of AMU/Class 12/equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
OR - Diploma in Engineering from AMU or an equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
