    MSM offers two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El.Ed.). Admission to D.El.Ed demands a graduate degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate from any recognised university. Admission is based on merit and as per the Directives of UP State Government/ NCTE. Selection criteria are as per the rules of the UP State Government issued from time to time. For D.El.Ed. application, candidates are need to apply through official website of MSM, Meerut. The MSM application fee is INR 600.

Yes, scholarship is available for women at MSM Meerut. To empower the women, the institute offers 10% financial scholarship in tuition fees to its female students. Candidates may be eligible for the scholarship in different categories but the scholarship can be given only up to 50% of tuition fee. 80% attendance is mandatory in individual subjects to be eligible for scholarship for all the programmes.
