Candidates are informed that the eligibility requirements for Cyber Law courses vary from college to college.

Offline Course

Minimum Eligibility

Diploma

Candidates must have completed Class 12 in any background whereas for Postgraduate Diploma courses, candidates must have completed graduation in Law.

Master's Degree (LLM in Cyber Law)

Candidates need to possess an LLB or equivalent degree. Some colleges may also require candidates to pass LLM entrance exams like SLS AIAT, LSAT India, etc.

Doctoral Degree (PHD in Cyber Law)

LLM degree or equivalent from a recognized university. Some collages may also ask candidates to pass the entrance exam specific to university.
