K.M.C.H. College of Nursing eligiblity criteria are different from one course to another. A candidate must have completed Class 12 from a recognised board to be eligible for a UG course. For PG courses, however, candidates are required to complete their undergraduate degree. Given below is a table of K.M.C.H. College of Nursing courses and their eligibility criteria:

Class 12 with 45% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English (40% for candidates belonging to the reserved category)
*Only female candidates are eligible to apply
MSc
B.Sc Nursing Degree with 55% marks either from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University or any other University
PG Diploma
Diploma / Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution with one year of clinical experience
PhD
Candidates should have passed M.Sc. Nursing in Medical-Surgical Nursing awarded by The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University or any other University recognised by the Indian Nursing Council.
