For applying through JEE, candidates have filled the online application form on the JEE website. There is no printed application form for JEE (Main).</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>For M.Tech, B. Pharm and M. Pharm programs</strong></p><p>Candidates seeking admission to M.Tech / B. Pharm / M. Pharm programs offered by SISTec can apply online by visiting the institute website and filling the &ldquo;Admission Enquiry Form.&rdquo;</p><p>Alternatively, the candidate can collect a copy of the admission form from the institute&rsquo;s admission cell upon payment of the prescribed application fee. All requisite particulars must be filled correctly before submitting the application form.
