<p>Eligibility criteria for the PG Diploma in Culinary Arts at Culinary Academy of India are as follows:</p><p>1. Academic Requirements:</p><p>All candidates applying for the PGDCA must be a holder of any one of the following certificates from any university recognised by Osmania University, Hyderabad:</p><p>a) Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology</p><p>b) Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business Management or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration in Hotel/Hospitality (with a minimum of two years in Food Production instruction)</p><p>c) Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Hospitality Management or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration in Hotel/Hospitality/Tourism streams (with a minimum of two years in Food Production instruction)</p><p>d) Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Management</p><p>e) Bachelor of Arts Degree in Hospitality Management</p><p>f) Bachelor of Arts Degree in Culinary Arts</p><p>Candidates who are currently appearing for their final exams in the respective streams can also apply for the course in the upcoming academic year.</p><p>2. International Applicants:</p><p>Non-resident Indians (NRIs) and foreign national students should submit all relevant documents along with the course application. The process of admission for these students will be handled by the Dean of Foreign Affairs, Osmania University, Hyderabad.</p><p>The student also has to clear the All India Entrance Examination, a group discussion round, and an individual interview - all held at the Brand CAI premises in Hyderabad only for selection.</p>
