What are the eligibility criteria for the Patisserie course?

<p>A high school graduation or its equivalent, fluency in the language of instruction, and the ability to demonstrate culinary abilities through a portfolio or practical evaluation are usually prerequisites for enrollment in a patisserie course.&nbsp;<br>Candidates are eligible to pursue a Patisserie course that is offered at the undergraduate level if they have completed their Class 12 from a recognised board with passing marks. On the other hand, to pursue a postgraduate course in the field of Patisserie, candidates need to be graduates.<br>Aspirants who possess a graduation degree in hotel/ hospitality management are preferred in PG courses. But candidates from other fields/ streams are also eligible to apply for PG-level Patisserie courses.&nbsp;</p>
