What are the eligibility criteria to appear for UPSC exam?
after the omplition of my 10th i\'ve done BPP from IGNOU then i\'ve completed my B.A. from IGNOU am i applicable to appear in the exam of IAS/IPS taken by UPSC

for ias or ips u sh ud be graduate from a recognise university it does not matter either regular or distance

I can understand your query that you have not passed your HSC and on the basis of age i.e. aftr completing 18 years age you did BPP (6 months furation) and completed BA.
Yes, you are still eligible
As per UPSC, those who have done degree through Open University System are also eligible for Civil Ser
