What are the eligibility criteria to apply in UK universities?

hello sir,\n at present i have history of arrears 12.....actually my college syllabus is very tough when compared to Anna university syllabus....what to do sir.... am i not eligible to study in U.K because of my arrears history? please guide me sir.......

There is nothing like you are not eligible. YOU ARE VERY MUCH ELIGIBLE, provided, you complete your course and clear all your arrears. The condition is a good honors. That means even if you have taken more than 1 try, you need to have at least 60% marks. and an IELTS or equivalent score. So do not w
